Thursday Meal Plan


Breakfast:

3 egg whites

Lunch:
4 oz - Laura's Lean Ground Beef 96%
Grilled onions
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup carrots

Dinner:
2 oz - Laura's Lean Ground Beef 96%
Grilled onions
1 cup green beans
Small sweet potato

Matt was still sick but Phil and I went and worked out together for about 40 minutes.

4 oz baked chicken breast
1 cup green beans
1/2 onions
1 cup carrots

Snack:
Banana

Weigh In & Measurements, Leg Workout, and Meal Plan


My beginning weight is ....... 236 lbs

We used 5 different machines and did two reps of 20 on each machine.

Legs were sore when I left.




Breakfast:
3 Egg Whites 
1 oz Baby Spinach

Lunch:
4 oz. baked chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli

Dinner:
4 oz. baked chicken breast
1 cup green beans

Snack:
Small banana

Treadmill Day



Today is just treadmill day.  On the days I don't work with Matt I am supposed to walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes without holding on.  That is a very hard challenge for me because I want to hang on for dear life.



I received my Meal Plan from Matt and I will begin it on Monday.

Fitness Test

Well it has been 2 years since my last blog post.  I am back on the wagon for good.  I have hired a wonderful trainer named Matthew Foster.  I also joined Premiere Lady and Premiere Athletix.  



Today I did my fit test.  I had to do 56 squats and 56 push-ups.  Not all at once though.  I did some squats, then push-ups, and repeat.

My legs were hurting when I left.
