Thursday Meal Plan


Breakfast:

3 egg whites

Lunch:
4 oz - Laura's Lean Ground Beef 96%
Grilled onions
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup carrots

Dinner:
2 oz - Laura's Lean Ground Beef 96%
Grilled onions
1 cup green beans
Small sweet potato

Matt was still sick but Phil and I went and worked out together for about 40 minutes.
