Breakfast:
2-NutriGrain Wholewheat waffle
2 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch:
4 oz baked chicken breast
small sweet potato

Dinner:
4 oz baked chicken breast
1 cup green beans
1/2 onions
1 cup carrots

Snack:
Banana
