Weigh In & Measurements, Leg Workout, and Meal Plan


My beginning weight is ....... 236 lbs

We used 5 different machines and did two reps of 20 on each machine.

Legs were sore when I left.




Breakfast:
3 Egg Whites 
1 oz Baby Spinach

Lunch:
4 oz. baked chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli

Dinner:
4 oz. baked chicken breast
1 cup green beans

Snack:
Small banana
